Passionate about Archery? Lancaster Archery Supply, Inc., based in Lancaster, Pa., has some exciting employment opportunities available in our Archery ProShop and Customer Service Department. Qualified candidates will possess strong archery knowledge and customer service skills.

The Customer Service Techxpert (CST) is responsible for answering customer calls, live chats and emails to provide excellent customer service. Customer interaction will include but not be limited to placing orders, answering technical questions and providing assistance with all customer related concerns. The CST will provide efficient follow up as needed or requested by customers. Communicate clearly with customers to provide accurate, timely information. Maintain active and dynamic knowledge of archery products in inventory.

The Pro Shop TechXPert is responsible for guiding our customers throughout their visit from greeting to close of service. Customer interaction will include but not be limited to: escorting customers to archery products; providing advice on product selection; bow set-up, tuning and repairs; advice on shooting form and safety; and processing payments. Maintain active and dynamic knowledge of archery products in inventory.
