The NBS100 is designed by John Musacchia, who has proven himself to be one of the best in the broadhead manufacturing industry as Muzzy Broadheads’ former co-owner. It is designed specifically for breaking and penetrating large bone such as shoulders. The trocar tip is recognized by the medical industry as the best penetrating point design known to man. The trocar tip is constructed of 416 stainless steel, hardened to 42 RC. That internally locks our 1 1/8” wide, 25 thousands thick 420 stainless steel razor blades, hardened to 51 RC with an angle of attack of 31.5 degrees, to the 7075 T6 aluminum body, with a hard coat anodizing to protect from oxidation. Musacchia’s internally locked blades guarantee no loss or failure in design.
