Team PSE posted an impressive groups of successive tournament wins in June with Stephan Hansen winning the European Archery Championships at the end of May, and Paige Gore winning the Women’s Outdoor Freestyle at the NFAA Dakota Classic. Both pros were shooting new target bows from the 2016 PSE lineup, the Xpression and the Supra Ext, respectively.
PSE Elite Pro Stephan Hansen has been downright unstoppable in international competition, and his win at the European Archery Championships is another example of his growing dominance. The final shoot down took place between Hansen and Peter Elzinga, with Hansen taking the Gold 147 to 145.
Paige Gore has also been on quite the winning streak lately, taking the Women’s Expert Division at the first ever OPA Summit Invitational before taking the top podium at the NFAA Dakota Classic this past weekend. However, Gore wasn’t the only PSE shooter who did well in competition this weekend at the Dakota, as Chris Berry placed 3rd in the Senior Pro Class and PSE had three shooters take first place in amateur classes; Paul Penrod in Male Freestyle, Ethan Gutz in Youth, and Hunter Boots in Cub.
Finally, PSE Elite Pro Tim Gillingham finished 2nd this weekend in leg two of the IBO National Triple Crown Tour. Tim is still tied for the pole position in the Overall Triple Crown Champion race, but we know with his unmatched skill and his PSE Xpression he has a great chance of taking the whole thing.
