CAMX Crossbows, originally based in Kent, Ohio, will be moving its manufacturing facility to TOG’s location in Henrietta, New York. CAMX will now enjoy the rally call and full weight of industry experts at the Outdoor Group, catapulting the crossbow brand into a leader in its field. With three patents as part of the acquisition, CAMX will see immediate design differentiation in the crossbow market. David Choma, the design engineer and original vision of CAMX will make the Outdoor Group his new home. He brings over 25 years of crossbow design experience and will compliment the world class engineering department at TOG, led by Mike Derus.

“I’m thrilled to join the Outdoor Groups and am looking forward to growing the CAMX name with the assets and horsepower that TOG brings,” said CAMX lead designer David Choma. “In the 29 years I have been specializing in crossbows, I have never come across the strength that TOG has.
