]]> Havalon Knives has introduced two new products to its lineup for 2016, called the Evolve and the Forge.

Havalon Knives: The Evolve
Created under the guidance of Jim Shockey, the Evolve was built to be the only tool a hunter needs and includes a fixed gut hook and replaceable saw.

The Evolve is “the only tool a hunter needs”, and boasts the following features:

  • Closed length: 4 1/2″
  • Open length: 7 3/8″
  • Compact lightweight size
  • 2Cr13 cast stainless tool steel pliers with grippers, wire cutter, and two wire stripper notches
  • 420J2 stainless steel skeletonized handle frame and scales with scratch resistant black titanium nitride coating
  • Liner locking blade fitment
  • Locking bit driver fits standard hex bits
  • Includes a Phillips #2 and 1/4″ flathead combo screwdriver bit
  • Bit storage in handle holds included combo bit and storage for two additional standard hex bits
  • Folding gut hook
  • Carabiner spring clip
  • Pocket clip

 

Havalon Knives: The Forge

 

The new Forge features the following:

  • 6 additional stainless steel #60A blades, 2 3/4″
  • ABS polymer handle with non-slip TPR rubber grip covering
  • Overall length 7 7/8″
  • Ambidextrous thumb studs
  • Liner-lock construction
  • Removable holster clip
  • Includes nylon holster
  • Fits all styles of Piranta blades
