For the August issue of Inside Archery, we talked with Eric Griggs of Scott Archery about his company’s cutting-edge releases and the factors that drive innovation. It was definitely one of those interviews that we walked away from feeling enlightened and refreshed.

He was particularly excited about the Freedom XT, a new-for-2016 single-caliper release. One of the coolest things about this release is the Freedom Strap. This unique feature keeps the release out of the way when it’s not needed, but still ready to go with a flick of the wrist.
