BCY has always produced bowstring material using the latest, high-tech raw material. Most BCY top quality bowstring materials have a high percentage of Dyneema fiber, a very high tenacity high modulus polyethylene.
This HMPE fiber has been upgraded and the higher grades are being used in most of BCY’s bowstring. With all new fibers, there is a lower creep and better abrasion resistance.
