This independent contractor should have (i) three or more years of experience working and selling for a premium brand, (ii) strong product capabilities and technical expertise, specifically related to archery, and (iii) a consistent track record of exceeding goals, meeting deadlines, prospecting, maintaining and growing accounts in a territory.
The independent contractor must also be willing to spend a majority of time on the road traveling to and working directly with Hoyt accounts with a strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships.
