This promotion ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Inside Archery and participating partner brands
("Sponsors").
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void
where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of
Sponsors and participating partners are not eligible.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 22, 2026 and ends on December 31 st , 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
✅ Follow all participating brand accounts listed in the giveaway post.
✅ Like the giveaway post.
✅ Tag at least one friend in the comments.
 Entrants may only tag individuals they personally know.
✅ Share your rut report, trail camera image, harvest update, scouting observation, or hunting-related
experience in the comments or through the designated reporting platform.
✅ Share the giveaway post to your Facebook timeline or Instagram Story for one bonus entry.
Prize(s)
Winner(s) will receive the prize package described in the official giveaway post. Prize values are
approximate and subject to availability. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and
notified via direct message on the platform used to enter.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is found ineligible, an
alternate winner may be selected.
Content Submission & Consent

By entering, participants confirm they own or have permission to share any photos, videos, comments,
rut reports, or other content submitted in connection with the Giveaway.
Participants grant Sponsors and participating partners a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to
use, repost, publish, modify, and promote submitted content across websites, social media platforms,
advertising, marketing materials, and future promotional campaigns without additional compensation.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion,
verifying winners, fulfilling prizes, and other lawful promotional purposes. Information will be handled in
accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsors' privacy policies.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors and
participating partners to use the winner's name, social media handle, likeness, hometown, and
submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, participating partners, Facebook,
Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective officers, employees, representatives, and agents
from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance,
use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or technically
corrupted entries.
Disqualification
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
 Violates these Official Rules;
 Uses fraudulent or automated entry methods;
 Submits unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content;
 Attempts to manipulate the Giveaway or interfere with its operation.
All Sponsor decisions are final.
Hunting & Wildlife Compliance
Submitted content must comply with all applicable hunting, wildlife, firearm, archery, trespass, and
land-use laws and regulations. Sponsors reserve the right to remove or disqualify any content depicting
unlawful, unethical, or unsafe activity.
State-Specific Compliance

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Certain states
may impose additional requirements, restrictions, or participant rights. Winners are solely responsible
for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Void where prohibited by law.
