What is FOB Archery all about?

Can you explain the basic process of “fletching” using FOB Archery and how that saves archers time and money?
FOC Archery fletchings require only removing the nock from the back of the arrow shaft, sliding the FOB onto the shaft, and returning the nock into the rear of the arrow to hold the FOB in place. It takes only seconds, and requires no glue, jigs or extra tools to install. The FOB requires a drop-away rest for reliable results, as the FOB is rigid and does not flex like conventional fletchings.
What was the inspiration behind launching FOB Archery and how did the company get its start?
FOB Archery was conceived by a group of bowhunters who had become frustrated by the persistent problems presented by traditional fletchings—fletchings ripping off or becoming damaged, dealing with adhesives and fletching jigs, and the time-consuming process of adhering conventional fletchings to arrow shafts. This group created a product that ensured consistent flight shot after shot so we would not have to our spend our valuable time fletching arrows.
