“It all started with an arrow… For four generations we’ve relied on family-centric values and the examples of perseverence Vernon Kinsey gave us to continuously reach for our goal — a bow in every hand. We’ve created a company that ultimately seeks to promote and preserve heritage — a heritage rich with sporting tradition, family and valuable life lessons.”

Rick Kinsey,
Vice President of Kinsey’s

You could feel the history again this year at the Kinsey’s Dealer Show, shining through the retailers and manufacturers that have been attending the show for over 20 years, and new faces from both the archery and firearms industry.

The Kinsey’s Dealer Show is a true order writing show, which is something we hear again and again in our conversations walking the floor. That business, along with the amazing events that fill the 3-day event always stand out as one of the most productive and strongest network building opportunities every year for Kinsey’s members.

The show lasted 3 days, located in Lancaster Pennsylvania at the Lancaster Convention Center, which brought the show all into one massive room, shooting lanes included.

The first night of the show was Casino Night, where dealers and manufacturers had a chance to interact off the show floor, and prizes were won from playing casino style games. This is an annual favorite for many attendees.

Throughout the show, giveaways were announced from many different manufacturers, offering dealers an opportunity to win prizes at any time while they walked the floor.

We also got to see several new products launch at the Kinsey’s Dealer Show this year, perhaps most notably and definitely biggest, is the new Bigfoot Target by Delta McKenzie.

Kinsey’s had several special sponsors of events at the show, including Easton, Hornady, TenPoint, FeraDyne, and others.

The second night of the show was the annual Dealer Appreciation Night. Here, Kinsey’s announced category awards based on dealers votes , gave out prizes and served what is always an amazing buffet style meal.

Following dinner was the annual concert, this year LOCASH rocked the house.

“The examples Vernon Kinsey, my grandfather, lived every day endure in our business to this day — they carry us forward. When life challenged him, leaving him paralyzed below the waist, he turned his passion for archery into a profession. He persevered, built a successful business, treated everyone with respect and never let challenges hold him back.”

Sherri Kinsey Gorman,
Vice President of Kinsey’s

The Kinsey’s Dealer Show outperformed expectations again this year, and we look forward to returning to Lancaster again in 2025 for KDS25!
